Bootz to Heelz was conceived when trauma struck the home and livelihood of Sandra Hardy. In 2003, Sandra Hardy learned how important entrepreneurship truly was when due to her mother having a massive stroke, she was forced to leave her active-duty career because she was an only child and caregiver to her mother. That devastating event spiraled her family income downward, she became depressed and through her journey felt powerless and helpless to provide for her family. Bootz to Heelz, allowed Sandra Hardy to gain her power back as a CEO and to become aware of the needs of so many leaders and business owners as she navigated her journey of becoming an entrepreneur and an effective leader to her team. 

Sandra Hardy's military leadership training taught her the fundamental skills of being a leader and the importance of leadership and its effect on team cohesiveness and the success of any organization. Understanding the importance of mentorship and the key role of trust and integrity makes her a powerful trainer to leaders in organizations and small businesses. 

 She brings over 20 years of Human Resource Management Experience, MBA Human Resource Management, and learned knowledge as a Public Speaker/Trainer/Facilitator.
